We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding our annual Italian exchange program.
Due to a scheduling conflict with the Transition Year musical, the dates for the exchange have been adjusted.
Our Italian visitors are due to arrive towards the end of November.
The new dates, for our visit to Italy, are now set for March 19th to March 26th 2025. We understand that changes can be challenging, and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
The approximate cost of the trip is €600, which includes return flights including seat fee from Dublin to Milan with a 10kg luggage allowance per student, transport to and from Milan Airport to Parma, comprehensive travel insurance and cost of activities through out the trips.
If you wish your child to take part, you will be required to pay a deposit of around €250 to our travel partners, GTI, to secure their place in the next couple of weeks.
If you have already signed up for the exchange, you need take no action & I will be in contact with you directly.
