We’re delighted to be able to host our annual Sports Day once again tomorrow (Wednesday, 28th September), for the first time since 2019.
Sincere thanks to the PE Team here in the school for their time and effort in organising the event.
Parents – please note the following:
- School will start and finish at the normal times (08.40-15.30).
- Students will go to their base room for Assembly as normal in the morning and then proceed outside for the day’s activities. Students will not have access to the school buildings for the remainder of the day except for toilet access.
- All students should be in full PE uniform. A reminder that students are strongly advised to ensure their name is on all items of PE uniform.
- At the moment, the weather forecast for tomorrow is reasonably positive but note that there is a posibility of showers during the day and students will generally be outside for the entire day.
- As students will be outside all day, it is advisable for them to leave any valuable items at home, such as mobile phones.
- With our thanks to the Parents’ Association, a Tuck Shop will once again be available to students during the day so students may wish to bring a small amount of money with them.
- Students should ensure they have a packed lunch and plenty of water with them for the day.
A reminder that the school is closed to students on Thursday and Friday, 29th and 30th September.
