On “fitting & deposit” dates students are fitted for their full uniform for the forthcoming school year and an order is then placed.
Order delivery takes place in August.
A deposit of €50 must be paid off the total bill to secure the order.
How do I get my uniform?
Order your new uniform in the Scouts Den on the “fitting & deposit” date(s) noted on this flyer. Ordered uniforms are delivered to the Scouts Den on the “collection and final payment dates” noted on your order docket.
Uniforms can also be purchased online throughout the year from www.SchoolUniformsDirect.ie.
What if I cannot visit the Scouts Den on the collection day?
If you have ordered a uniform and cannot collect it during our visit we suggest you give your docket or a photograph of your docket to another parent/friend and have them collect it for you.
Alternatively you can visit our shop or have it delivered by courier (delivery charges apply, parcel must be signed for & significant processing time must be allowed for prior to school commencing).
How do I pay for my uniform?
A) Pay the minimum deposit of €50 on the fitting day & continue to pay instalments on the specified deposit dates when we return to the Scouts Den. Final payment can be made on collection day. B) Pay in full on the fitting day and cross it off your to do list.
Card and cash payments only accepted. Cheques and telephone payments cannot be accepted.
My child is still growing, it is too early to fit for a uniform?
It is recommended to purchase/order your new school uniform early. Leaving it until the week before school begins is not advised.
Here in School Uniforms Direct we have many years of experience fitting students with uniforms to fit for the full school year ahead and hopefully a little longer. With this experience we ensure to allow for growth over the summer time too.
We ask you to trust our judgement and recommendations when we measure your garments larger than needed at the time of fitting.
If you wish to change sizes upon collection that is no problem.

What if the uniform does not fit upon collection?
That is no problem! School Uniforms Direct keep stock of the full uniform and can exchange items on our next visit or in our shop if you wish to visit us.
(Personalised garments cannot be exchanged or refunded.)
What is your returns policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase or school delivery with a valid receipt and goods unworn, in their original packaging and with tags still attached. Personalised garments cannot be changed, exchanged or refunded.
