We hope this letter finds you safe and well. We are writing to notify you that TY students will attend a one-day retreat on the dates listed below.

Students will be travelling to the Botanic Gardens & Tolka park in Glasnevin where they will participate in a day of reflection, a walking retreat and prayer service. This day of reflection will be mindful of students of all faiths and none. It is our hope that this retreat will provide much needed spiritual nourishment and guidance to our TY students who are still finding their place and purpose on the world.
Students must have a signed permission slip in their Dialann (page 195) giving consent for them to attend. This must be shown to their caomhnoir by Monday April 8th 2024.
On the day, students must attend in full school uniform. Students will gather for a picnic in Tolka Park at lunchtime. Therefore, we would ask that each student bring in an item of food that can be added to the picnic basket for the enjoyment of all students.
Students will leave at 08.50 and return to school by 15.30.
